(b) Object-Oriented Analysis Modelling [5]

OOA models real-world as objects. Steps: Identify classes/objects -> Attributes -> Services -> Structures (generalization, composition). Output: OOA model with class & relationship diagrams.

(c) Object-Oriented Design Concepts & Methods [4]

Concepts: Encapsulation, Inheritance, Polymorphism, Abstraction, Classes/Objects, Message passing, Reusability. Methods: Responsibility-Driven Design, CRC cards, Booch, Rumbaugh OMT, Jacobson OOSE. Principles: SOLID, low coupling high cohesion.
