At the level of society
1. What Society-Level Transition Means
After individual transformation, society must transition via systems and models that embody right understanding. Societal strategy is collective, institutional, not just personal.
2. Steps at Society Level (exam list — the five systems)
| Step / System Change | Action at Society | Outcome |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Humanistic education system | Introduce right understanding + skill in schools/colleges for all | Every member gets harmony orientation |
| 2. Humanistic production system | Produce within nature's capacity, for right needs, via people-friendly, eco-friendly technology | Prosperity without exploitation |
| 3. Exchange/distribution | Sharing based on need, not hoarding/profit alone | Just distribution |
| 4. Justice/order system | People-friendly justice — reformation, not revenge, protecting relationships | Fearlessness, harmony |
| 5. Model / pilot projects | Create small models (village, institution, city) living humanistically as demonstration for others | Others can see and learn |
Additional: Participatory governance, unified human target (happiness + prosperity + harmony).
3. Why Society-Level Needs Individual First
Without individuals with right understanding, new systems will be misused (e.g., sharing system becomes corruption). So individual → family → society is order.
4. Worked Examples
Education: IIT course on UHV itself is a pilot.
Production: Community farming that enriches soil vs chemical.
Justice: Restorative justice where offender understands and reforms vs only punishment.
5. Exam Points
- List society-level steps (education, production, exchange, justice, models) — 7-10 marks, very frequent (the most common second part of transition question).
- Distinguish individual (self) vs society (systems) — 5 marks, frequent.
- Mention pilot models — 3 marks.
- Show sequence individual → society — 3-5 marks.
